Oksana Romanova, B.A., CIM

A graduate of York University where Oksana majored in Economics, she has over 20 years of investment industry experience, and has been part of Scotia Wealth Management office in Mississauga office since 2003. Oksana has completed several industry courses including the Canadian Securities Course, Professional Financial Planning Course, Investment Management Technique Course, and holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation.

Oksana oversees day-to-day operations of The Symons Group, and is actively involved in managing client accounts to ensure client requests are met and that their experience is seamless.

In addition, Oksana handles complex situations for clients such as setting up charitable foundations, educational trust accounts and Alter Ego Trusts. She is also the key contact for settlements and distributions of the estate accounts and acts as a liaison with estate trustees and administrators.

Outside of the office, Oksana enjoys being active by exploring neighborhood hiking trails and Muskoka’s camping grounds, travelling to sunny beach destinations, and spending quality time with her daughter, Jasmine. Oksana is also passionate about Yoga and Zumba dancing.
